Is your PTCL EVO 3G not connecting in windows 10? I'd the same problem, my ptcl evo 3g was also not connectingi in windows 10 but was working perfectly on other Operating Systems. Follow below steps:
Run EVO broadband application --> Tools --> Options --> General --> Connection type --> RAS (modem)
The EVO will start working.
